Malleus Maleficarum!
252 – The End

Aaaand we’re done! Cute! That’s a wrap! Wow, can you believe it’s all over? I’ve been working on this story for the past year, so it’s kind of crazy to realize that it’s finally done! Well, it’s been a fun, strange trip. I know a few people were complaining abuot a Christmas story that lasted a full year, because I guess some people don’t like to be reminded that holidays exist when it’s not currently that holiday? That’s weird, like, can they only watch Gremlins at Christmas?

Anyway, I hope you guys have enjoyed this story and thanks for sticking with me through all this! This was one of those stories that I just really wanted to tell and it’s good to finally have it all out on paper.

Is this the end for Guttersnipe? No, for once, I’ve actually got more stuff done to share! There’s plenty more coming for Becky and Nate — as well as more with our long lost friend Lil’ Ragamuffin and a strange new pal who lives under the bed…

In the meantime, if you enjoyed the story, feel free to let me know! I’m alwys happy to hear. Here are some ways you might consider supporting Guttersnipe and helping me to keep make new comics:

– Tell a friend about Guttersnipe!  I’m not a big social gadfly like some cartoonists, so instead of spending all my time inventing new Twitter schemes, I mostly get readers from word-of-mouth. The endorsement of loyal readers is invaluable to me!

– If you have a website or web presence somewhere, consider giving us a link to I don’t know if people still do links, it seems to be a very web 1.0 thing. Nowadays people mostly just tumblr everything, I think. But still, any link anywhere is always appreciated!

– If you have a spare buck, consider donating $1 to the Guttersnipe Patreon! For just one dollar, you get to see all my future Guttersnipe strips way before the general public, as well as other comics that have and will NEVER appear online!  You can donate $5 if you want, but that opens up access to all my fat fetish erotica, so you might want to tread lightly there. Fair warning!

– Oh, you can always do fanart too! I love to see other peoples’ takes on these characters, so, if the urge strikes you, please send me a copy so I can post it here and fawn over it!

– Or best of all, just leave a comment and let me know if you enjoyed it! That’s the biggest thing for me, I love getting feedback and every comment goes a long way to helping me beat back my periodic bouts of artistic ennui. My grandmother used to say I had an artistic temperment, which was a nice way of saying that I’m a colossal baby who needs constant reinforcement XD But yeah, any feedback is always appreciated!

Anyway, that’s all for now. See you all Tuesday for something NEW!

And the moral of this story is there is no God!

You know, seeing your previous posts about the truth of Christmas and Childhood’s End, I have that same feeling of being on the edge of a black void when I finish a good and long story in any medium (books, comics, games, etc).

When you say “now what” you realize you have to go on, that this story was just a part of the grater adventure that is your life (getting pretty corny here).

I kinda have the same after reading this page. I really liked your story and I hope many many more will follow. (I really hope this, Agouti! Take the effort and time you put in that maelstrom of opinions and flamewars that is your Tumblr and use it to create noice stories ;^) )

@Butts: We’ll pour out some eggnog for all those who came before.

@Benny: It all ended well for everyone, for once! It kind of IS a vaguely sorta atheisty story, I suppose!

@Osar.yes: Thanks! I’m glad I’m not the only person who gets that kind of wistful feeling of loss. I feel it a lot at the end of good books too: You’ve traveled a long road with these characters and now you have to say goodbye. It’s sad. That’s why I gave up reading! And thanks for the kind words, that means a lot :)

    And what happened, then?
    Well, on WordPress they say
    That Linus’ heart
    Grew three sizes that day
